Using Figma, I collaborated with the team at Virgin Red to design the emails and landing page for the launch of the new Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard. My designs helped shape the user experience and visual direction, working closely with the team to ensure everything aligned with the brand’s goals. Once completed, the designs were handed off to the development team for back-end integration. This was a true team effort, combining creative and technical expertise to bring this exciting new initiative to life.

As part of my role at Virgin Atlantic, I’m responsible for producing CRM designs in Figma, ensuring they are ready for the development team to take over for back-end build. I work closely with stakeholders to translate business objectives into user-friendly, visually engaging designs. My projects have ranged from the New Reward Seat initiative, which aimed to enhance how customers book and redeem their points, to the launch of Household Accounts—a new feature allowing families to combine their Flying Club miles, making it easier to pool rewards for group travel. These projects required thoughtful design to improve the overall user experience and drive customer engagement.
