Virgin Atlantic // Virgin Red // 2024
Using Figma, I collaborated with the team at Virgin Red to design the emails and landing page for the launch of the new Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard. My designs helped shape the user experience and visual direction, working closely with the team to ensure everything aligned with the brand’s goals. Once completed, the designs were handed off to the development team for back-end integration. This was a true team effort, combining creative and technical expertise to bring this exciting new initiative to life.

Virgin Atlantic // 2024 - Current
As part of my role at Virgin Atlantic, I’m responsible for producing CRM designs in Figma, ensuring they are ready for the development team to take over for back-end build. I work closely with stakeholders to translate business objectives into user-friendly, visually engaging designs. My projects have ranged from the New Reward Seat initiative, which aimed to enhance how customers book and redeem their points, to the launch of Household Accounts—a new feature allowing families to combine their Flying Club miles, making it easier to pool rewards for group travel. These projects required thoughtful design to improve the overall user experience and drive customer engagement.


#YouTubeBlack | Black History Month & Africa Creator Week | YouTube | 2021

YouTube’s 2021 #YouTubeBlack campaign celebrated the diverse creators who shared their stories and creativity on the platform during Black History Month and Africa Creator Week. Using #YouTubeBlack 2021’s brand guidelines and design assets, I worked in collaboration with YouTube’s Event Producers, alongside our in house production and creative team to produce an array of assets.

Xtraordinary People | Made By Dyslexia | 2021

Xtraordinary People was a book written by Made By Dyslexia founder Kate Griggs. Providing a great understanding of the 7 ‘Xtraordinary’ strengths that come with dyslexia, the book was illustrated by Steven Woods, who used superhero characters to highlight the 7 categories. I was provided with the original artwork, brand guidelines and creative freedom to design the Xtraordinary People web page as well as the creative assets and layouts for the virtual reading event. My designs were then passed onto a web developer to execute the layouts.
